CMG Serenity Approach to Treatment

The staff at CMG Serenity Home Care has developed a unique program that integrates compassionate care, education, and personalized support. By offering individualized care plans and family involvement, we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each client. Our holistic approach is designed to transform lives by addressing everyday challenges with empathy and professionalism. True well-being starts from within, and with the dedicated support of the CMG Serenity team, you’ll regain a sense of balance, wellness, and peace in your daily life.

Our Services

Adult Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Service

Our adult programs are geared toward individuals ages 18+ who are dealing with mental health and/or substance addiction challenges.

Adult Partial Care

The program meets five (5) days a week for five hours per day, with a one-hour lunch break (provided by new harmony wellness ).

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The program meets three 3 days per week for 3 hours per day.

Adolescent Psychiatric Services

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13 to 18 with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The program meets 3 days per week for 3 hours per day during after school hours.
